“ First time coming here. Was craving fried shrimp and it was fantastic. Fries are really good, seem hand cut. My wife had the sourdough crab sandwich and it was tasty, fresh, and a really good portion. Aside from some rogue bay leaves in our French onion soup, it was really good. Rich and cheesy. Service was friendly and fast . Note if youre looking for a quiet dinner, remember this Is a bar too. Will definitely come back regularly! ”
“ I came in to place a carryout order but they dont do that so, fortunately, there was room at the bar. I ordered the Beer Battered Alaskan Halibut 4 piecesTexas size. As you can see by my plate, I appeared to be morefour pieces. They were tender, lightlybreaded and cooked to perfection. The homemade fries were delicious, too. I hadnt paid attention to cost so when the bill came, I was shocked at the price. So reasonable! My server was very friendly and efficient. Ill definitely return when Im in town again. ”
“ Onion Soup was delicious! Had the 8 pieces deep fried Halibut and fries, so flakey was the Halibut and very tasty! Fries are homemade. We got 1 serving and shared, we still didnt finish it, almost but not quite. Service was friendly and fast. A good place to visit ”
“ This was my first time visiting F Street Station. A friend of mine highly recommended the fish and chips dinner and it was very good. So good in fact, that after eating a 4 piece plate, I ordered another plate. The serverbartender was very nice and attentive even though the place was packed on a Friday night. As far as atmosphere, Id say the place was cozy, quaint and casual. What I liked were the tons of stickers at the bar that represent many different military units from around the world. I was very surprised to immediately see a sticker from the unit I served with in the Marines about 30 years ago! Its actually the first time Ive ever seen that sticker anywhere and because the unit is in Yuma, Arizona I was never expecting to see it hanging in a bar in Anchorage, Alaska of all places! It was very cool that one of the locals noticed me staring at the sticker and offered to take my picture in front of it. He and I ended up talking about all kinds of stuff for about an hour. I will definitely be going back to F Street next time Im in town. ”
“ Professionalism all around. The experience you wish youd have at every restaurant. Great vibe, fair prices, the classic restaurant experience. And oh yeah the food is incredible. ”
